List of typographical errors

If the error wasn't clearly obvious, I've tried to include a bit of context. My notation for typographical errors has been:
  error text -> corrected text
The odd time there were multiple errors in a single sentence.  In that case I've just listed the sentence once with all the corrections (eg: page 69 below).
